I’ve been coming to Vivida Clinics (Sunset location) and while Spencer is absolutely great — professional, skilled, and courteous — the rest of the staff are a complete disappointment. They’re unorganized, unprofessional, and lack basic politeness and class. I arrived early for my appointment, yet ended up waiting more than an hour because the front desk staff forgot to check me in. When I followed up, there was no apology or accountability — just blank stares and indifference. The only person who showed genuine courtesy was Spencer, who personally apologized even though the delay wasn’t his fault. It’s unfortunate because Spencer’s work is excellent, but the rest of the experience completely ruins it. If you value professionalism and respect for your time, I suggest finding another clinic. Vivida Sunset doesn’t deserve your business until they learn how to treat patients properly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Victoria Farley and her entire team. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. I live with a complex condition that many providers are unfamiliar with, and finding knowledgeable, empathetic care has been an incredibly difficult journey. After years of feeling unheard and misunderstood, I have never felt more safe, supported, and truly listened to than I do under Dr. Farley’s care. Anna Marie, who assisted before and during my visit, was incredible. She was warm, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment she brought me back. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire appointment. Dr. Farley takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and approach treatment with both expertise and compassion. The staff is welcoming and respectful, creating an environment where you feel cared for from start to finish. If you have ever struggled to find answers or felt dismissed in the past, this office is a place of healing. I am deeply grateful to have found a care team that treats both the condition and the person with dignity and understanding. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Results & No Follow-Up I cannot speak for the dermatology side, but my experience with the med spa was one of the most frustrating and disappointing medical-cosmetic experiences I’ve ever had. I came here hoping to improve acne scarring and chose this location based on its reputation. I was given a treatment plan and proceeded with multiple procedures that were extremely painful and required significant recovery time. The downtime was long, uncomfortable, and impacted my daily life. Despite going through the treatments exactly as instructed and following all aftercare directions, I saw no visible improvement. After the first sessions, I was told this was normal and encouraged to continue. When I expressed concern about the lack of results, the treatment plan shifted and I was advised to add more treatments and services. I ultimately underwent a more aggressive treatment to avoid wasting my prior investment. The pain was intense and the recovery lasted weeks. Even after that, I did not see improvement and believe my skin texture may actually look worse. In total, I spent several thousand dollars. What has been most upsetting is the complete lack of follow-up and communication. I sent emails explaining my dissatisfaction and asking to discuss options. I was told someone would contact me — no one did. I followed up again and still received no response. Out of frustration, I called the office directly and was given the manager’s email. I sent a detailed message explaining everything and requesting assistance. Months later, I have still received no response. I made every effort to resolve this professionally and privately before writing this review. Being ignored after investing significant money, enduring painful procedures, and experiencing no improvement is incredibly disheartening. I did not expect perfection, but I did expect reasonable improvement and basic communication when concerns were raised. If you are considering treatments here, DON’T DO IT…PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Very professional staff! Smooth process from start to finish. They kept me informed at every step. They were concerned with my comfort, answered all my questions. Dr Mac explained every step in the process. The same evening after my visit, he texted to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I felt that I was treated with care at every step.

Great experience with Dr. Fife who did my Mohs surgery. Didn’t hurt a bit and he was very informative. His staff is excellent and they run a beautiful and professional service. Shout out to Steve who does my routine skin upkeep. He and Fife are patient and thorough and address all your concerns.
