Chahira was amazing. The entire staff was a fun and friendly! The atmosphere was buzzing with good energy and calm. A special Shoutout to Ali who did my treatment. I am looking forward to coming back!!! So excited to become a VIP!

I love this place, I have gold membership and I can see my results. Every facial is great, I love that they explain the plan for my skin goals. I am getting a lot of compliments on my skin and people are really surprised when I tell them my age. The whole staff is so helpful and my facial today with Alli was so nice her touch was so relaxing. I would 100% recommend novuskin.

I loved my experience with Roxana, she was amazing! I wasn’t too pleased when I had to go over the membership stuff with Hailey after my facial. I asked if I could at least wait to see how my skin is after this treatment but she said I’d need to do it today and that the treatment I did today wouldn’t be the same one as the membership like what Roxana told me. Also for the membership you have to commit 12 months which is why I at least wanted to wait to see how my skin is at least a DAY after this treatment.. unfortunately I couldn’t get any of the samples Roxana told me about that Hailey was going to give me because of not starting the membership. I was supposed to get a 5 in 1 treatment but it looks like I got an aqua peel facial for what was written down. I wish there was a shorter commitment for a membership rather than an entire year because I don’t know if I’ll be living here in another year. But again, Roxana was amazing during my facial and I would give her directly 5/5 stars.

I had my visit with Claudia and Rossana today. Claudia did a great job at helping explain all of the procedures and how it would help with my skin concerns. I did a micro current with a nice toner and moisturizer (Oxytrio) She was so nice to talk to and it was a great first visit here at Novuskin. Rossana did a great job at explaining and helping me understand my skin concerns better. I can’t wait to receive more treatments in the future and to see how my skin changes over time :)

Cannot recommend enough! Maria was absolutely amazing. She took the time to educate me on each product. Sebastian was fantastic and really listened as he worked to build skin care my plan. They truly care about their clients and I can’t wait to go back! The most relaxed I have been in a long time!
