I am still new but so far my experience has been amazing! They are super professional and the customer service is amazing. To the amazing staff that set appointments and answer all the questions you may have to the nurses. They have been amazing. I came in for tattoo removal but I will definitely be getting more services. Lorena, nurse Abby, and the two wonderful ladies at the front desk were lovely and deserve a shoutout!

I just had my first tattoo removal treatment at LaserAway and I had such a great experience. Alyssa, at the front desk, was super duper nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which immediately made me feel comfortable. My nurse was also incredibly kind and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and checked in with me throughout the treatment. She even paused whenever I needed a break, which meant a lot and made me feel truly cared for. I’m really happy with how everything went and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatments here.

Great experience with 1st treatment of thermage...almost painless, little pinches here and there. Although nurse told me it can take months to see full benefits, my husband and I noticed improvements immediately after treatment. I'm excited about the complete outcome . The staff at LaserAway (Hend. Gr Valley) are all really great. I initially walked in to ask about their services and was greeted by Devyn and Alyssa. Both ladies answered all my questions and the nurse technician was available for an immediate consult. I purchased the clear and bright laser package for facial spots and fine lines/ wrinkle improvement. My first treatment was easy and as described in my initial consultation. They answered all my follow up questions and promptly set my next appointment. I would recommend LaserAway for their professionalism, services offered, and a welcoming staff.
