Absolute Dental - Flamingo

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences at your clinic on east flamingo location. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the service provided by the front desk staff, who were consistently unwelcoming and lacked professional customer service. Furthermore, I encountered unexpected charges during my appointments without prior notification. When I addressed these costs, the staff was impolite, stating that I could not be seen without immediate payment rather than offering a helpful explanation. In contrast, I was very pleased with the care provided by the physician and her assistant, Mayra, who were both helpful and professional. Due to the administrative issues at this location, I find the Nellis office to be a much better alternative.

Several thank you's to such an excellent dental team. I was well overdue for dental services. I'm very grateful for the great patient care I received from everyone. This team brings a smile and brightens as well. I look forward to future appointments with Team Patel!!

I have been receiving exemplary care from this dental team for several years. They have kept my dental health in excellent form with precise and patient focused treatments in the most comfortable conditions.

I would have to say this is one of the best dental offices I've been to in a long time. The staff there is excellent the care is excellent and the dentist is phenomenal. I would have to say every one that took care of me did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend this office.

This was my first visit and everyone was wonderful. The doctor did an amazing job based on my specific needs and her support staff was top notch as well. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs. You will not be disappointed!!!
