Smile Designers of Las Vegas

I’ve been coming here for about a year and they have consistently been on top of everything. Today I had an emergency that happened over the weekend and they helped by fitting me into the schedule on the spot and developing an action plan to treat my needs. Dr. Greta is very knowledgeable and caring she makes me feel at ease and educates me to understand what’s my options are. The staff in the front and the assistants in the back are very friendly and caring too. I highly recommend this place. I know most won’t care but I love the windows it make feel relaxed. Especially since the dentist isn’t my favorite : )

I've always liked going to the dentist, I was a weird kid. Even into adulthood, I looked forward to going until a few years ago. I had such a bad experience with my last dental office that it left me anxious about finding a new place. I am also autistic so the experience left me traumatized. Smile Designers came recommended to me so I made an appointment. From that initial phone call to checkout, I felt respected and heard, the atmosphere and energy was extremely comfortable, the staffs energy matched mine and being autistic, that is a huge deal. It's very rare to find a place where the whole staff had great energy that complimented each other. I could hear them speaking to every patient AND amongst staff with the same calming tone and respect. I work in medical billing and I wish we had that atmosphere at our office! Dr. Barba went above and beyond to treat me with the care I deserved and 'not possible' and 'I can't' was not in her vocabulary and did such an amazing job. She was upfront and transparent, explained the whole process and expectations, made sure I understood every step and that we were always on the same page. The techs/assistants were just as amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even the administrative staff were kind and compassionate. Thanks everyone, you all have renewed my confidence in going back to the dentist!

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I called to confirm my appointment today and was told I had missed it and would be charged a $50 no-show fee. When I asked why I never received a reminder they checked and realized they had the wrong phone number on file for me. Since the number wasnt mine I never received a call or text reminder. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering to waive the fee at least the assistant questioned how I received the forms initially and still insisted on charging the fee. My husband and I were actually planning on proceeding with a treatment plan that would have cost thousands but after this interaction we decided to cancel. It’s disappointing that an office would risk losing 2 patients over $50 especially when the issue started because the wrong contact information was on file.

Staff is amazing and Dr Barba really takes her time to explain all your needs. Angi was always great but is no longer there. Karla, Casey, Erin, and Shayn always make every visit vibrant and memorable. Used to hate the dentist but now I look forward to going thank you smile designers 💗☺️

I love this dental office and all the staff. They are so organized and have the latest technology. I go every three months for a cleaning and have had crowns done that looks so natural and real. They are so clean and efficient. I recommend them to everyone.
