I just had my first facial ever and Ma Santa delivered the best experience. She’s extremely knowledgeable and personable. She took the time to go over the condition of my skin and to explain things to me, more than any other place I’ve been. She went above and beyond to deliver such a relaxing environment and overall facial experience. The results exceeded my expectations. I’ve already booked another appointment and can’t wait! Highly recommend going to her!

I've been to a few places in Charlotte but this was hands down the best experience. The facility was very clean, atmosphere was relaxing, and the procedure was very professional. Ma Santa was very informative and really answered a lot of the questions I had without rushing me out the door. . Even surprised me with a follow up a couple of days later to make sure everything with my skin was ok and to see if I had any questions. I'm the kind of person that prefers to find medical/trade professionals that I am comfortable with ,dentist, barber, doctor, that will take the time to understand my unique needs. Happy that I found that here and I will definitely go back long term!

I had 2 services in a month already! Waxing and microdermabrasion. Ma Santa was recommended by my friend and definitely, I will be one of her regular clients. I needed chemical free-plant based products, I have sensitive skin, she has it. She’s very easy to reach out, always quick to response and follows up.Not only very knowledgeable, she has genuine care for her clients too. Steele Creek Skin Care is a hidden gem! Santa is amazing. I had many facial treatments , and waxing done by her . I miss just relaxing in the room and letting her treat my skin. She will take the time to hear your concerns and adjust the protocol accordingly. You will feel fresh and ready to go after that. I highly recommend her. :)
