Lush Skin Spa

I had a wonderful experience with Lush Skin Spa. This was my first experience having a professional facial. It was above and beyond my expectations. The aesthetician, Maria, was very attentive, checked in with me frequently during the facial, and customized the treatment to my unique skin type and needs. She set the atmosphere with aromatherapy and asked me about my preferred background music, which I appreciated. She used steam on my face and soothing creams, and all the products smelled so good. It was also very relaxing since she incorporated scalp massage and light shoulder and arm massage. When I left my skin felt so soft and was literally glowing! This was a treat from my husband, who really nailed it with this one. I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and anyone who wants a little pampering. In fact, I think this will make a great gift idea for my mom this holiday season.

This is by far the best facial I've ever received. Maria explained the benefits of the products she was using. Had dinner with friends the same day and everyone had nothing but positive things to say about my skin...... Without knowing I had a facial!! Will deathly return

I was staying in Charlotte and had some extra time and figured I'd try something new. I called Lush Skin Spa not knowing anything about what I was asking for. I was recommended a facial and back facial. I had several hours to kill so I figured, what the hell, let me give it a try. I have to say, it was an incredible experience and very personable. I left feeling very refreshed and had a great time chatting as well. I will most certainly be adding this as a permanent stop for all my business trips into uptown Charlotte.

I received this Groupon as a gift. Unfortunately the products that were used have been peeling and flaking on my skin. I don’t believe they are medical grade. As I’ve had medical grade products before feels like there are emulsifiers in it, which caused this clumping or residue on my face. I feel Also a bit taken aback that I was requested to give a certain dollar amount gratuity. I feel that is an imposition as a customer. A customer should decide WHAT amount she feels she wants to give as gratuity.
