I absolutely love this spa! I come here once a month and it’s always an amazing experience. My Hydraderm facial with Beth is incredible — my skin feels refreshed, deeply cleaned, and glowing every single time. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about delivering the best results. You can tell she’s a real specialist. The Signature Massage with Keiko is just as wonderful. Her technique is perfect — relaxing but still therapeutic. I always leave feeling completely renewed, relaxed, and tension-free. The service overall is outstanding. The staff is welcoming, professional, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Every visit feels like a true self-care treat. Highly recommend! 💆‍♀️✨

This is absolutely the best spa in Charlotte! The service is amazing, and the staff is wonderful. The products they use are top-quality. Adrienne is an incredible therapist, very knowledgeable and does an exceptional job with my skincare. My skin consistently looks healthy and glowing after every facial, I highly recommend her. Beyond the treatments, the entire experience is wonderful. I especially love the waiting room atmosphere and the thoughtful touch of being greeted with a cup of tea after each session. They truly go above and beyond to provide a relaxing environment.

This place has consistently been one of the best places in Charlotte to get a massage. I love the aesthetics! They greet you with a smile, walk you to the bathroom area where you’ll get a locker, robe, and, slippers. Don’t be afraid to speak up if the slippers don’t fit- they have plenty! They have hand scrubs at the sink as well as showers. They have tranquility room- incredibly peaceful. You’ll sit there before your appointment and can relax there after! The only thing I wish they offered would be champagne. Other than that- they have hot tea, and water! I’d 100% visit this location in strawberry hill! Visit Megan if you enjoy a deep tissue massage! Very unpleasant experience. I bought a spa package for my wife as a push gift expecting her to have a nice relaxing experience. Everything was wrong and management refused to return my calls to make it right. For starters, my wife left a tip for the staff, yet they charged my card another tip for themselves without any authorization. One of her treatments was cut short. She didn't a her snack (included in the package) between treatments and was left hungry for hours as a result. Lastly, my wife complained about all the upselling--from the moment she walked in to the time she left. She was rudely bombarded with staff pressuring her to buy something else. Not conducive to having a relaxing spa experience. Your money is better spent elsewhere. I'll everyone I can about how crumby this place treated my wife.

I got an eyebrow wax from Breanna and loved it! A very reasonable price, clean, nice private rooms, we came a few minutes late but were still let in and done on time. This is my third time coming and next time I’ll probably try a few more services as well. my eyebrows look great and Breanna was wonderful! Would definitely recommend.
