Got a quick call the day of appointment with clarification on location of the office. It was appreciated however late, even so, the bldg is on the opposite side of the Tryon entrance. I had to flag down a very kind young woman on her way to lot to tell me to keep going. The office personnel were so calm and professional. Each person was attentive and helpful. Dr. Dana Dorenfeld is unafraid of the human body. She treats it with respect and confidence. Her staff were always intentional when offering ways to dress for modesty that preserved my dignity. They made an inviting environment. Dr. Dorenfeld listened carefully to my purpose for coming and answered my questions thoughtfully tailored to me. She gave me her diagnosis and followup for continued care. After leaving the exam room, everyone along the way to the restroom was voluntarily friendly and helpful lending an open door or directions for me and my cane. Exit desk was no less professional and patient, scheduling my next annual visit. I highly recommend Dr. Dana Dorenfeld and her office personnel. I felt at ease from the first moment I was greeted at reception. The call instructed me to enter ground level (maybe add a placard that says Ground level) and choose 1st floor on elevator. Thank you! Maybe arrows to bldg 5000 on placards leading around the circle for those of us who have become direction challenged. I made 2 wrong turns in my parking adventure!

This was my first time scheduling with University Dermatology,Laser&Vein Specialist. The Physician Assistant, Megan Klinck, and her Assistant made me feel so relaxed during my medical procedure. The PA was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions leaving me feeling confident. Her assistant's soothing techniques calmed my nerves. They were wonderful. Quite a team. The surgical area was very clean. I had a very pleasant experience.

Simply love Victoria! She listens and is very detailed. She transformed my skin in 6 short months. I’m proud to say I no longer need to wear makeup up EVERY DAY just to leave the house. I just wear it on occasions my skin looks so good it’s glowing! Thank you so much

When I arrived for my noon appointment, I was told that my appointment was scheduled for 10 AM and I missed it. I asked if they could possibly fit me in because I was having surgery in a few days and would be several months before I could return. The front desk contacted PA Dana, explained the situation and, and they did manage to fit me in. It was not rushed, and PA Dana did her usual outstanding job.. I would highly recommend this group for anyone looking for a Dermatologist.
