Recovery 1 provides a professional & therapeutic environment- to relax & recover, after a good workout. Using the NormaTec was an overall great experience & noticed a difference immediately, after my session. My legs felt lighter with improved circulation & lower level of soreness, the day after. Elijah is very knowledgeable & experienced in the recovery field. I would definitely recommend- for anyone looking to enhance their workout routine & overall health!

Recovery 1 is the place to be. My first time meeting Elijah was exceptional—he is very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. He made my first experience at Recovery 1 exactly what it needed to be. He understood what my body needed as a professional track and field runner specializing in the 400-meter dash. I go through intense track workouts, weight training, and work 8-9+ hour shifts. I appreciate Elijah dearly for staying after hours to ensure I received the necessary recovery to continue performing optimally before attending the USATF 2024 Olympic Trials in Oregon.
