True REST Float Spa

My first time at a float spa and my first time floating since I was a child. I came in with a little hesitation around the fear of drowning, but quickly realized the water is only about 10 inches deep. It took a moment to adjust, but once I grounded into the present and remembered I could simply breathe and relax, everything shifted. I finally let go of the bar that closes the pod, rested my head back, and dropped into a deep trance-like rest. It felt like surrender in the best way. This was a gift from my incredible fiancé to the both of us and after our float we sat together for oxygen therapy, which was such a beautiful way to integrate the experience. The staff was amazing with warm personalities and great energy (minus the guy who pulled in front of us in the Audi to park… but hey, all is well 😉). We decided to get a membership. I’m genuinely looking forward to spending more time there and my body is looking forward to the benefits as it continues to recover from injury.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first float experience. No reason to bring anything, they have you covered! I do recommend your own hairbrush and shower shoes. Cold days call for socks and shoes, but a need to shower afterwards calls for shoes to slip on until you can get dry feet to slip those socks and shoes back on. Highly recommend 10/10

Floating is possibly the best form of relaxation I've had yet. It clears the mind and resets the body. I would highly recommend floating and this business to try, if it's your first time.

The prep room is next-level—immaculate and fully stocked from top to bottom. Towels, washcloths, combs, shampoo, conditioner… literally everything you could possibly need is provided. From the bathroom to the hallway, every detail is intentional and immaculate. This was more than a spa visit—it was a full experience. Thank you, Daona, for making our first float unforgettable.
