I had a mixed experience with this clinic. In the beginning, everything went smoothly and I was satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, I developed a medical reaction to the medication and broke out in hives. My primary care physician instructed me to stop taking the injections immediately for my safety. I contacted the clinic right away to inform them of the situation. Although I paid for a 6-month program, I was only able to safely use 2 months of medication. I understand policies exist, however I feel there should have been more understanding and flexibility in a medical situation like this. Being required to pay for the remainder of the medication that I medically cannot take was disappointing and did not reflect the level of patient care I expected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I hope they consider reevaluating their policies so future patients who face legitimate medical issues are treated with more compassion and understanding.
