Received my drip today, the glow getter! Obsessed! Angelique and Alexis were my nurses and they were fantastic! Angelique did my IV and it was the least painful iv stick I’ve ever had. Plus she’s super pretty! The massage chairs are phenomenal! AJ and the entire staff was so kind and welcoming. I couldn’t get a membership fast enough!

The customer service here is top-notch. ​My nurse, Alyssa, was fantastic. She was gentle, professional, and walked me through the whole process, which put me completely at ease. Not one to leave bad reviews, but when you get stuck multiple times in both arms with a 20 gauge needle and she still can't find a vein i felt it necessary to say something. This was my 3rd trip there, the first time with the same nurse I had a similar result, but she ultimately found the vein, the second time with a different nurse was fantastic, this time was I was absolutely miserable, normally I don't mind needles, but fishing for a vein gets to be painful quite fast. I got up and walked out after she missed the veins in both arms. It's disappointing because I like the concept, but being a pin cushion defeats the purpose of the treatment, you go to be relaxed, not to leave angry with bruised arms.

I’m very impressed with a hydrate IV. The whole team is amazing. They are very thorough and kind and caring. I didn’t feel the IV go in. They have amazing massage chairs. I highly highly highly recommend them.
