Absolutely amazing and relaxing experience! The team is well versed, knowledgeable and kind. The environment is very welcoming. Sauna rooms were so clean and stocked with all the necessary goodies. Could spend all day in here!

We had wonderful experience at “Pause”. Isabell and Maya explained and showed everything. Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere 🙂‍↔️ everything is very clean and smells amazing inside. I had a birthday and Maya with Isabell gave us 30min of sauna complementary. We will definitely come back. Thank you ladies!

From the moment my husband and I walked into the Wellness Studio, our experience was exceptional. The receptionist was warm, engaging, and incredibly informative. She took the time to give us a full tour of the facility, explained all of the available services, and thoroughly walked us through the process for contrast therapy so we felt completely comfortable and prepared. The facility itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and created such a calming atmosphere from start to finish. Everything felt intentional, professional, and welcoming. We truly appreciated the level of care and attention to detail that went into every part of our visit. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such genuine hospitality.
