I had such a great experience with Natasha at Prime IV! From the moment I walked in, the whole place had such a relaxing and welcoming vibe. The massage chairs are amazing and make the whole experience even better. Natasha is incredible, her hands are so gentle that I barely felt the shots. She’s professional, kind, and makes you feel completely comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend Prime IV and Natasha if you’re looking for a place that truly cares about your comfort and experience!

This place offers a wide variety of IV treatments and injections that can be customized to individual needs! They have some cool massage chairs to use during treatments that are perfect to boost a relaxing experience. I found the team to be friendly and informative and have been back 3 times!

Absolutely love this place!!! It’s been frustrating not being able to find a good IV clinic near my home. I originally went to a Prime IV out in Scottsdale,AZ and loved it so much. Then I found out they were opening a Prime IV in Ballantyne!! I immediately signed up and have been coming since opening. Staff is amazing. I’ve had issues in the past with other clinics in town where they miss the vein and have to go in multiple times or have just blown the vein and left me extremely bruised. I’ve had no complications here. It’s quick and mostly painless. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. You’re in great hands with Natasha and Tiffany. I’ve been doing IV’s for over 10 years and this is one of my favorite locations!

If ya gotta have IV therapy, I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing (shout out to Natasha) and the environment is warm and comfortable. I'm in a low-light room with soothing music, laying on a heated, cozy, recliner with pillows and a blankie 😉. God answered my prayer about finding a good place for this 🙏🙌

I had a very informative and fun time here today. Got the VIP service thank you Tiffany and Kristen very much appreciate your knowledge and professionalism, often i wondered about IV therapy I'm gonna give it 6 months with my membership and see where it goes! So far im off to the races, thank you girls! Looking forward to my next visit! Much appreciated 💉💪
