After a year, I finally saved enough money for botox. I thought this place looked nice, so I took myself for my birthday. While there, I ended up getting a full face of botox and purchased some skin care. I paid around $900. 3 days later, I noticed my eyebrows were very uneven so I asked if she can check them. I go in and she compares my eyebrows to the original picture and says "yes, it did fall a cpl of millimeters. She said "easy fix." She gives me 3 units of botox (which did not fix the problem.) I go to leave and then they charged me for it!!! I have never been charged for a follow up tweak of a botox injection when it clearly wasn't MY fault. I asked her why and she said "we charge for any botox that gets injected." So, I leave and let it go. I text the next day and ask about their sales on skin care and she never answered me. This type of customer service is unacceptable. Im in the beauty industry and know what is to be expected. My esthitician was Brittany.

Casey exceeded my expectations in every way for my facial treatment today! From the warm welcoming, beverage choices, and massage pod experience directed by the lovely front desk personnel prior to my reservation with Casey to the cozy treatment room with warm bed and soothing music, I knew that this was going to be even better than I could have imagined! Casey truly took the time to listen to my concerns and ask questions in order to taylor my treatment specifically for my skin. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated by the time my treatment was complete that I felt like I was on cloud nine the rest of the day! I love my glowing skin! And I am so grateful to Casey for being such a Professional practitioner!

This place is the absolute best! I went to have a mini mom spa day and sat in the sauna and massage chair and then had a facial. The entire staff was so amazing and checking in on me to make sure everything was good and that I was feeling relaxed which I loved! Melissa gave me my facial and she was amazing! 🙌🏻 I’ve never had a facial before so I was a little nervous about how my face would do, but Melissa was great about making sure I knew what she was planning to do and she did an excellent job asking questions to make sure she would get me the best results for my skin and let me tell you! This morning I woke up and my face looks SO good! I’m beyond happy with these results. I actually can’t wait to go back again. The only gift I really want anymore is a gift card to Novella! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience

I recently had microneedling with Melissa and she did a wonderful job! She made sure I was comfortable and explained the whole process. I was nervous because of a negative previous experience with the procedure, but she helped calm my nerves and kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. It was not painful at all! She also, gave me her number afterwards just in case I had any questions or concerns. I can't wait for the results once I'm healed.

I can’t say enough great things about Brittany. She’s incredibly skilled and professional, and I always feel completely comfortable in her care.
