Avoid this place at all cost! I spent $16,000 on a tummy tuck, lipo of the hips, pubic area, upper and lower stomach. When I went back for my follow up, I was not happy with the way the scar on my hips looked. They told me it would take up to a year To see the best results. I wore my Faja Way longer than they told me to. I wanted my belly button moved up and he said he couldn’t do it because It was “hooded”. I Had a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon that said The belly button could be moved up, no problem. It’s been a year and three months and the skin on my stomach is very saggy. Around my belly button Is wrinkled And a scar on my hip is bulging out. It looks horrible! You would think for $16,000 I would have better results. When I told them how un happy I was they told me I would have to pay over $2000 more to have it fixed. They also suggested that I get a treatment that they offer that’s supposed to help tighten skin. If I had a Lipo, it looks like my skin would be tightened already. I recommend that you read the Better Business Bureau complaints about Sona Bella Before you make a decision to go here.

Wow..it's hard to believe it's been a year since Ive had TriSculpt, AbEx and upper arms procedures and i couldn't be happier with my results. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Hill was my surgeon and he couldn't have been more kind, professional, encouraging and is skilled surgeon. The total experience from my first consultation thru surgery and recovery on thru to a year later was better than I had anticipated. I would not hesitate to have any of the surgical procedures done. It was well worth the experience. I encourage anyone who has any interest in Sonobello procedures to book a consultation. I'm so glad I did!!!

Honest review. I am 12 weeks po. Honestly from the moment I walked into the first appointment. Ive always had an amazing experience. Every appointment even the procedure itself has been great. My 3 month po was yesterday. Technically it was next week but we are expecting bad weather i called and spoke to someone in the facility and they were to change it. I didn't receive the appointment confirmation but I rarely do. My husband drove me the 2.5 hours to the facility. The lady at the front desk told me my appointment was not changed. I remained calm she was polite SHE OFFERED TO GO FIND A NURSE AND SEE IF THEY WERE AVAILABLE. I turned that down. I didnt want them to feel rushed especially when I do have questions about a few things. So I opted on my own to reschedule. I called my husband before he got to far. He was going to find food. He was mad. Of course thats a 6 hour drive. So I said what I always say just to make him happy its fine I will write a review.... here is that review. Yes it sucked but she offered to get a nurse and also gave me another balancer pro appointments for free. She did amazing and she was nice. I am grateful for everything this company has done for me. They are always on top of everything. Answer every single question. Remember if you go here not everything is perfect. All of our bodies are different. My results have been nothing short of amazing. I am still forever grateful for them here. Charlotte is the place to be for sure

If I could give 0 stars I would. My review is based on my experience instead of with any surgery related proceeders (which I did not end up having). There were so many red flags i'm glad I did not go through with surgery. My consult was with Penny. I walked in knowing exactly what lender I was going to finance with because they had already approved me 1 week prior for another provider. Penny insisted on checking other lenders. I SPECIFICALLY asked whether it would be a soft or hard inquiry - which she did not know so she asked the ASM Bri who confirmed it was a soft pull. I chose the same lender that I told her I was going to use. One week later i have THREE NEW ACCOUNTS OPENED. I am pissed! I'm currently doing work to improve my credit score and I know the impact of hard inquiries and opening and closing accounts. I expressed ALL of this during my consult. When I called the office I spoke with someone at the desk who made it seem like i had no idea what i was talking about when I told her repeatedly that there were multiple lending accounts opened during my consult. She kept repeating over and over again that thats not how it works. And that the manager (I forgot her name at this point, Brooke maybe? But Bri's manager) would reach out to me. - Shocker. She NEVER DID. When I went in for my consult with the doctor no one was aware that I was supposed to speak with her and whether or not she would be available to talk to me. She finally did come speak to me and she as the MANAGER HAS NO IDEA HOW FINANCING WORKS. She literally told me that she didn't know whether or not it was a hard or soft pull, that she wasn't sure how to resolve it. They were going to refund me. She said she would reach out to corporate and reach out to me. - SHE NEVER SPOKE TO ME AGAIN. Not a phone call or an email. I had to call multiple times. And finally Penny told me through text that they had processed my refund. Now I'm sitting here calling the FRAUD department for THREE DIFFERENT LENDERS to close accounts that I did not authorize to avoid the potential impact to my account. If you are going to provide financing at the very least you should know the difference between a hard and soft pull and be able to talk about the ins and outs. Since I did not have surgery, my review is only about the staff. Theres honestly more I could write about, but i'll limit my review to so many words.

I went in for a small amount of fat reduction on my lower abdomen. They said they would not do that area alone, and explained it would not work without doing waist and upper abdomen (if that’s the case they should price it as ONE service) anyway, I finally agreed and had my hips added on last minute due to the surgeons recommendation (“it would not look smooth without adding hips on too”) 🙄ok. Fast forward: immediately after I got home, as soon as the bandage came off, I was HORRIFIED by the excess fat and lumpiness. I called and they said the surgeon would not look at it until 6 months post op!! when he finally did he said “you needed to get the abex too”- this was NEVER discussed prior to surgery. I would have just gotten a traditional mini tummy tuck. This was SUPPOSED to be a noninvasive alternative. I am more disappointed with my body than I was BEFORE the surgery!!! They have been difficult to deal with and lazy with follow ups. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE, ever.
