Sarah was an amazing therapist. She listened to my requests and really put in extra care for an ultimate experience. The spa itself is relaxing and caters to your needs. I’ve booked my next one with Sarah before I even left!

I’m honestly very disappointed with this experience. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM and we arrived at 2:05 PM. I then had to complete intake forms because the online system wouldn’t let me access them beforehand, which already delayed things. We paid $250 for a couples massage, but the service felt rushed and far from worth the price. We were offered mimosas or water, chose mimosas, and then less than a minute later were told to go straight back for the massage and would receive them afterward. That felt disorganized and not very welcoming. We got on the table around 2:15 PM, and the massage ended at 2:50 PM — that’s only about 35 minutes of service, not the 50 minutes we paid for. The entire experience felt rushed and lacked the quality or atmosphere you’d expect at that price point. For $250, I honestly expected something closer to a spa-level experience like The Ritz-Carlton with robes, relaxation space, and better customer care. The waiting area was also extremely tight and uncomfortable. Overall, it did not feel relaxing or premium at all. I left feeling like I didn’t receive what I paid for, and I would not recommend this place to others.

VLuxe Signature Spa is simply amazing. Everyone that works there exhibits excellent customer service and is great at what they do. The vibe was everything I want it to be when I need peace, calm and relaxation. I’ve found my new go to when I need a spa day. Cassidy, Jayda and Talvin - THANK YOU! I can say without reservation that you three are the best! My facial, body treatment and hot stone massage were outstanding! Stephanie - your smiling face and warm greeting when I stepped off the elevator set the tone for the day. Thank you for celebrating my birthday!

I had a great experience at Vluxe Signature Spa. I was greeted by Malayjia who took great care showing me around and offering my welcome beverage. Kimberly was my service provider and she did an excellent job. I’m pretty sure I snored multiple times during my time with her. She was nice and courteous. Malayjia guided me to their newest addition - the rooftop igloo where I stayed and few more minutes to decompress before facing ‘reality’ again after my amazing visit. Add this to your next self care day. You’re worth it!

Vluxe Spa is absolutely the best experience I ever had!!! My esthetician (Malayjia) serviced me with a hydrafacial and my skin glowed so beautifully afterwards and still feels great! Atmosphere is very relaxing and loving staff! Malayjia was very knowledgeable and thorough! I will definitely be back!
