I absolutely LOVE Emily! In 2024 I visited about a weight loss program, she suggested semaglutide and started me off on a small dose, and we slowly increased over the next 12 weeks and I lost a total of 20lbs with healthy eating habits and fitness lifestyle! Now I am postpartum after my 2nd baby and just started this program again and am already loving the results! Emily is lovely, and the front desk receptionists are so welcoming and sweet, I could not recommend any other place in Belmont or the Charlotte region!!

Alexandria did an excellent job explaining what she was doing to my skin throughout my facial. My skin looked and felt rejuvenated. She recommended products that I purchased to keep my skin tight and smooth. Emily spent time with me during a consult recommending anti aging treatments that I look forward to exploring in the near future. Both ladies were very knowledgeable. Such a great experience at Vitality Spa.

Emily and the staff at Vitality are the BEST! I immediately noticed how welcoming the front desk staff was and how gorgeous the waiting area was designed and decorated. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and took time to educate me on every product and procedure that would personally benefit me. We discussed all my options and she helped me choose the right care plan that would give me the best results. My results exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back for more services. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I just moved to Charlotte a couple of months ago so when I found vitality, I was super excited to try their services, and I was equally happy with my results! Jessica was AMAZING! She was super thorough and eased my concerns seamlessly. The environment she created made the process super peaceful and relaxing. Definitely a 10/10 experience.
