Clean your dirty face! OMG I must say one of the best Facials I've had thus far, and I've had facials lol. My Esthetician was amazing! She let me know what she was putting on my face and her hands were like magic. My face was not only cleaned but definitely glowing ✨️ once she was done! This was a ladies night out with my girlfriends and we all enjoyed the services. Would I recommend? YES! Would I return? I don't want a dirty face 😂 so ABSOLUTELY!

Camila is amazing!! I’ve gotten 2 facials with her at this location (virgin bundle and 1-hour upgrade) and my skin has truly never looked better. Camila is incredibly knowledgeable. After my most recent facial, she gave me a recommendation on how to clear up some congestion I was having on my chin and it worked! Not only does the facial leave my skin glowing but now my skin is the clearest it’s been in a while. Aside from how much these facials are improving my skin, it’s incredibly relaxing. The cold globes are by far my favorite part! I genuinely look forward to coming here every 2-or-so weeks. The wonderful experience I’ve had thus far has led me to buy the Unlimited Membership and I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner! :)

Camila was an amazing esthetician, very knowledgeable, gentle, and made my skin feel incredibly refreshed. She also took the time to explain what my skin needed and gave great recommendations that really helped improve my routine.

I want to start by saying that I truly love the aestheticians and the facials themselves. The providers are kind, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled, and the treatments and products are great. That’s what makes this experience disappointing. I came in planning to upgrade my membership yesterday because I enjoy the facials so much. Unfortunately, ongoing issues with the front desk, billing, and overall customer service led me to cancel my membership that same day instead. Over multiple visits: - I ran into repeated problems with front desk giving zero acknowledgment when I would come in for my appointment or checkout. I had one girl rudely say “Is the card on file fine. You can go.” And another associate, I think it was Riley, scoffing at me when I had questions related to my membership’s unfreezing date or any time I called to book same day. - Constant confusion around memberships and pricing. - A lack of clear communication or follow-through from the front desk and management. When I came in to upgrade, those same issues were present, and it became clear that committing to a higher-tier plan would likely bring more frustration, not ease to a self care company. It’s disappointing because the service providers are excellent, but the administrative side needs serious improvement. I really wanted this to work long-term, but reliability and professionalism are just as important as the facial itself. With better organization and customer service, this place could be great like it used to be.

I was looking for a place to get a quick facial on late notice. I found CYDF and made an appointment for their earliest available. I came in and was greeted with warmth. My skin boss was Elle, and she was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge and ability to explain the process and answer my questions in a clear manner, which was very much appreciated! She made some very good recommendations also. I enjoyed my experience here, and my only qualm is that they have no locations closer to me! I will definitely be back.
