Ms. Burka is the best! She is great and the staff is always courteous and efficient. I never wait long and they are very prompt with the visits. She has helped me over the years and was great with my son’s acne while in high school. I would definitely recommend her!

Dermatologist Jacqueline Leyrer is exceptional. She truly listens, takes time to answer every question, and makes you feel heard and cared for. I always leave feeling confident that she is thoughtful and committed to providing the right treatment. The front office team at the Ballantyne location is just as wonderful. They are consistently kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. On one visit, I saw a staff member rush outside to assist an elderly man who seemed lost. That small moment reflected genuine compassion and humility, and it speaks to the culture of care throughout the office.

The best place ever,Jaqueline is very good, She was extremely kind and quick to analyse everything. Tiffany & Tasha are really sweet and comforting. They make you feel safe and relieved. Thank you so much for the best experience and comfort. And thank you to Tiffany for being so sweet!❤️❤️

If I could give zero—or even negative—stars, I would. The location is terrible, with extremely heavy traffic in the early morning. I was stuck in traffic for 15 minutes, after already driving 40 minutes to get there. Most medical offices allow a 15-minute grace period for situations like this, but apparently not here. I work 9–5 every day, and it’s already very difficult for me to make time for appointments. When I arrived, the receptionist asked doctor Jacqueline Leyrer twice if she could still see me. I even said I was fine seeing a nurse instead, but was told that no nurses were available either. Doctors take an oath to care for patients in need, not to reschedule them over a 15-minute delay Completely unreasonable and incredibly frustrating. This was a huge waste of time.
