I want to start by saying that I truly love the aestheticians and the facials themselves. The providers are kind, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled, and the treatments and products are great. That’s what makes this experience disappointing. I came in planning to upgrade my membership yesterday because I enjoy the facials so much. Unfortunately, ongoing issues with the front desk, billing, and overall customer service led me to cancel my membership that same day instead. Over multiple visits: - I ran into repeated problems with front desk giving zero acknowledgment when I would come in for my appointment or checkout. I had one girl rudely say “Is the card on file fine. You can go.” And another associate, I think it was Riley, scoffing at me when I had questions related to my membership’s unfreezing date or any time I called to book same day. - Constant confusion around memberships and pricing. - A lack of clear communication or follow-through from the front desk and management. When I came in to upgrade, those same issues were present, and it became clear that committing to a their unlimited plan would be a mistake. It’s disappointing because the service providers are excellent, but the administrative side needs serious improvement. I really wanted this to work long-term, but reliability and professionalism are just as important as the facial itself.

We had a very poor experience at this facial spa. I purchased a gift card for my 16-year-old daughter, and she was excited to schedule her appointment. Unfortunately, we were unable to book online because the payment was with a gift card. We called the location multiple times after 10:00 a.m., when they were supposed to be open, and no one answered. We left a voicemail as instructed, but no one returned our call. My husband eventually stopped by in person to schedule the appointment. On the day of the appointment, we arrived two minutes late and apologized. We quickly completed the intake form, and my daughter was taken back shortly after. However, the facial itself lasted only about 17 minutes. When checking out, I asked the front desk about the shortened facial. The staff member was not apologetic and stated that their facials are only 25 minutes, which was confusing since the service is advertised everywhere as 30 minutes. She then mentioned that the esthetician also has lunch that starts at 1:30pm, which felt like an excuse rather than an explanation. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability made this a very disappointing experience. It’s unfortunate, because with better customer service this could have been a long-term client relationship. Also please be truthful when advertising the services. We will not be returning and would not recommend this business to others.

I have been a member for over 2 years and it is something I look forward to every month. Sam has taken such good care of my skin, always suggesting the right facial type or add on. My skin texture and dark spots have reduce, acne reduced too. I like their products- esp the hey handsome oil! Would highly recommend- management and staff are excellent.

As a person who loves getting facials and trying new spots, I was very excited to try this place but as soon as I arrived it was already a disappointing experience. The website says to arrive ten minutes early, which we did but we were welcomed by a sign that said they were on lunch and would be back at 4:20, which is understandable but we waited about five minutes in the cold for our facialist to coldly open the door as if we were bothering her. The lack of professionalism made it a no for me, but what makes it worse is that after the facial they send you a text survey to get feedback. I gave it a three out of five stars not thinking much of it, but I later received a call from the manager who was very accommodating and understanding with my concerns which I thought made up for the subpar experience. During the call she offered to give us a free facial which we were hesitant to accept but we ultimately did and decided to just go to a different location because we were pleased with the manager's initiative and we wanted to give it another chance. It's been a week and we have yet to hear from back from anyone. I don't care about the free facial but I am baffled by the lack of professionalism from the facialist, the receptionist, and the manager. Why even waste my time getting feedback if you are going to ghost me? They definitely lost a potential customer.
