FACE FOUNDRIÉ - Charlotte (South End)

I recently visited FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Charlotte’s South End and had such a lovely experience. The concept is really unique—the treatment area is one open room divided by soft curtains, which creates a relaxed, communal spa vibe while still maintaining privacy. It actually made the space feel welcoming and calm rather than overly formal. One thing I really appreciate is the simplicity of their facial menu. It’s straightforward and easy to choose from without feeling overwhelmed by endless options. That said, I would love to see them expand their offerings a bit in the future because the experience itself is so great. Everyone there was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the visit even better. My esthetician, Lizzy, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. I have a shrimp allergy, and she went above and beyond to carefully check the ingredients in the products she used. She even spot-tested a mask on my skin before applying it fully, which made me feel very safe and cared for. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling fresh and glowing. Lizzy’s attention to detail and genuine care really made the experience stand out. I will definitely be back to see her again. If you’re looking for a simple, relaxing facial experience with kind and knowledgeable staff, this is a great spot in South End!

I had the Royal Treatment facial at Face Foundrie - South End with Tess and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, the space was clean, welcoming, and had such a calming vibe. Tess was amazing — knowledgeable, gentle, and really attentive to my skin’s needs. She explained everything she was doing and made the whole experience feel personalized and relaxing. My skin was glowing, smooth, and so hydrated afterward. If you’re in South End Charlotte and looking for a facial, I highly recommend booking with Tess. It was 100% worth it and I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first ever brow lamination and lash lift, Tess could not have been more amazing! She walked me through the entire process and helped me feel so relaxed and excited about the outcomes. I would recommend anyone go and see Tess, she did such an amazing job!

Bonnie was incredible!!! She gave such great, personalized suggestions for my skin and really took her time with my facial. I never felt rushed — she genuinely cared about making sure my skin looked and felt amazing. I left feeling so relaxed and glowing! Such a cute place and loved my experience here! I received the Sculpt facial with derma-planing by Ciara. She was so sweet and explained each step to me. Also, I have an eyebrow piercing and she did a great job being careful around it! I’d definitely try this place again, they’ve got a lot of great options for pretty affordable prices! Thanks again :)
