I cannot say enough incredible things about Dr. Nyame and the entire team at Charlotte Plastic Surgery. After researching and comparing countless surgeons and results, I kept coming back to Dr. Nyame’s work — his outcomes are consistently the most natural-looking and beautifully balanced. That was exactly what I wanted. From the very first consultation, I knew I was in the right hands. Dr. Nyame took so much time to truly get to know me, understand my goals, and answer every question thoroughly. He never rushed the process and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. Knowing he is board certified and trained at Harvard University only reinforced the level of expertise and excellence he brings to his practice. I had an abdominoplasty and mastopexy with breast augmentation, and I am beyond thrilled with my results. Everything looks incredibly natural and proportionate — even better than I envisioned. The entire team at CPS is outstanding. His surgical assistant Sahm and financial specialist Inara were both so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. The on-site surgical suite is convenient and the anesthesia team was fantastic — I felt completely safe and well cared for every step of the way. If you are looking for a surgeon who combines technical excellence, artistry, and genuine care for his patients, Dr. Nyame is truly exceptional. I’m so grateful I chose him.

I had an amazing experience at Charlotte Plastic Surgery from start to finish. The receptionist at surgery center was absolutely wonderful—her welcoming smile and warm friendliness immediately put my nerves at ease. Every nurse I encountered was fantastic, from pre-op preparation through recovery. Dr. Dutton, my surgeon, is truly exceptional. He is warm, caring, and incredibly skilled, and he did a phenomenal job. I felt well cared for and confident every step of the way. Overall, they deserves an A+ in every category. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend them.

I have been going to Brooke for Botox, filler and laser treatments. She is absolutely phenomenal!!!! I am so happy with her! I would say the entrance/waiting area is very spa like and welcoming, but when you’re in the treatment rooms, they are very bland and don’t give a warm welcoming feeling. They do have open houses where you can ask questions and hear about new products , love that! Overall great experience!

I flew into Charlotte specifically for my procedure with Dr Nyame and his team, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Even though this was my first cosmetic procedure and I don't have anything to compare it to, I do know outstanding customer service. This practice exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, safe and genuinely cared for. They were warm, patient, and extremely attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer every question. Traveling for surgery could've been stressful, but they made the entire process seamless. Dr Nyame is exceptional‐-skilled, professional, and deeply compassionate. He listened, guided me through every step, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable. My results so far are amazing, and my recovery has been smooth thanks to the level of care I received here. It's rare to find a place where the whole team operates with this level of kindness, consistency and excellence. I came to her feeling very self-conscious about my breast asymmetry, and she truly listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and understood. The results have exceeded my expectations.
