I visited the Concord location for Botox. They did an amazing job. Tonda took the time to explain everything to me. She listened to my confirms and we worked on the best plan together. She was great. I love the results and will be back for sure! The location was perfect. So glad to have a great spa in Concord.

I received micro needling treatment on my face. It was my first visit here-I’m fairly new to Charlotte. It was pretty easy to get to the location in Charlotte from my place in Waxhaw. The place is modern clean and welcoming-And the person who greeted me and signed me in, was very sweet and professional. I’ve never had the service done before, and it was explained to me in detail before we started and my Aesthetician kept in constant contact with me if I was feeling any pain how was it working and always getting continual feedback from me making sure everything was good on my end- she was as very kind and professional I enjoyed the music that was played during my visit-And I did use their restroom and it was clean and professional. I’m picky on that. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit And when I save my pennies again, I’m gonna go for another visit and we’ll see what I decide to do next time! I can recommend this business.
