I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Baker and his team at HKB Cosmetics. From my first consultation he made me feel so comfortable, answered any and all questions I had, walked me through every step of decision making and planning. He truly is a wealth of knowledge in his craft. Operation day I had extreme nerves, he sat with me, ensured I was okay and addressed my worries with patience and understanding. My surgery was on a Friday and I received a phone call that Saturday morning from Dr. Baker asking how I was doing. I feel so cared for and cannot imagine having gone through this process with any other surgeon. From the office visits, to the pre-op room, to the OR, every team member I had an encounter with was absolutely incredible. So happy with this experience!

I had the absolute best experience with Ariel at HKB! I recently got the CO₂ laser, and to be honest, I was really nervous going into it because I have a very low pain tolerance when it comes to skincare treatments. Ariel was incredible from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything, checked on me constantly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her calm, reassuring presence made such a huge difference, and she adjusted things as needed to make sure I was okay. I was honestly surprised at how manageable the treatment was—it was nowhere near as bad as I expected, and that’s completely because of her care and expertise. Ariel is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about her clients’ comfort and experience. I’m so glad I trusted her with this treatment, and I would recommend her to anyone considering laser services at HKB. She’s the best!

Dr. Kao is fantastic, and my follow-up visit reminded me why I felt so comfortable choosing him. During my procedure last August, he played guitar music in the room — even though I had requested something a little more upbeat 😂. Honestly though, it made the whole experience feel calm, personal, and way less intimidating than you’d expect from surgery. At my recent visit, the nurse who brought me back remembered me right away, which made me feel really special and cared for. The whole office is kind, professional, and genuinely warm. I’m so grateful for my experience and my results — highly recommend.
