I absolutely adore this place. I happily drive 30 minutes from inner-city Charlotte for their services, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Carrie and Kelly are always so welcoming and keep me laughing throughout my entire appointment. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and even offer thoughtful skin-care recommendations. I had never even considered getting filler before because I was honestly too scared after hearing so many horror stories. One review described Carrie as a “wizard,” and that couldn’t be more accurate. She truly is — and she’s now the only person I trust with my face. Carrie’s website says she wanted to create a comfortable environment at an affordable price, and she’s achieved that tenfold. This place is a true gem.

She offers competitive pricing and I refer so many people to her because I think she is truly the best in Charlotte. I visited for a consultation specifically interested in PRP treatment. I was informed that I am not a candidate due to being over 50, as it is less effective in that age group—an explanation I accepted. However, the provider then became condescending, insisting I needed fillers “everywhere” and dismissing my concerns about a specific area by saying it “should be the least of my worries.” She came across as pushy and seemed irritated by simple questions. While the prices are notably low (as noted by friends who recommended it for affordable Botox), I prioritize professional, respectful care over cost savings and would prefer to pay more elsewhere for a better experience.

Carrie is the best! I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my fillers or Botox. She is truly an artist! Kelly is an awesome assistant as well as keeping me entertained 😘 Seriously, Face Lab is very professional, hospitable, and prices are reasonable!
