I arrived early for my appointment to fill out all neccesary paperwork. I was called back shortly after returning all paperwork. Kira took me back to my room where she asked questions about my visit. When discussing why I was being seen Kira was adamant the doctor couldn't do anything about my situation. At this point I'm getting irritated because I know the dermatologist can absolutely see me for what I came in for. It is my belief that Kira was hired out of pure sympathy, it most definitely was not because she was qualified in any form or fashion. When the dermatologist came in she was able to look and diagnose my SKIN issue. She seemed rushed and unenthusiastic about the whole ordeal, but I did receive medication that has been doing me well. I had come in for two issues in the same area and even though they were both looked at, only one was taken care of. Very poor care was given. I realized 2 days later that they had kept my license and insurance card. When I called to get them back the office manager, Hannah, claimed they were not there and "no one would take them" because she knows the staff so well. Same way people know their family so well and bad things still happen. This whole office is a joke. I have been gaslit into believing my cards do not exist in their office, I was told I couldnt be seen and rushed and unheard when I was in my room. This office was completely out of my way, but I went because they had a quicker (and multiple) open appointment. I see why now. Don't waste your time. You'll regret every second and probably end up with something stolen from you like I was.

Sarah Salvaggio, PA and her assistant, Danielle, were both very professional and caring. Sarah was very thorough and took the time to speak to me about my concerns. Everyone in the office was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Metrolina Dermatology to anyone looking for excellent care.

Everyone at Metrolina Dermatology are super friendly, knowledgeable and well qualified. Dr Haberle and her medical team are highly committed to excellence and care for their patients. I thank them all for their professional care and strongly recommend them!!!

Sarah is the absolute best. She is incredibly knowledgeable and she truly transformed my skin. Sarah is also so warm and takes her time, addressing any concerns and answering all questions.

We were seeing Dr Daniel on Billingsley. I ignored more than one red flag beginning in April after her office canceled our first scheduled appt that was booked since Feb or early March, stating she wouldn't be in the office... That April appt got pushed out to July. During that appt, we arrived 15 mins early, as requested, to fill out new patient forms. We them waited am additional 30 mins before we got called to back. Once we got to the back, we waited another 15 mins or so before she finally came in. She saw my son for all of 10 mins, during which she assessed his skin, looked at his pics her assistant took, and prescribed the meds. The front desk neglected to send the prescription to my pharmacy for about 3 days, then i finally called their office to see what we the hold up and she lied and said she sent it several days ago. I know it was a lie bc I'd already confirmed with my pharmacy that there was no prescription waiting to be picked up in my son's name. Another red flag. I even overlooked waited almost an hr bc i understand that things happen and sometimes your whole day can be thrown off... Fast forward to most recently, due to an accident on our route and having to reroute, we were SIX MINS late and we forced to reschedule to January! So we wait an hr for you but you couldn't wait 6 mins?! No thank you! If I could leave zero stars, I would. I can't give grace where none is given. I'm sure she's a good dermatologist but her office is poorly ran. We will search for another dermatologist. 👎🏽
