I was charged $100 to remove three very small dots, which felt extremely overpriced considering the session took literally 2–3 seconds. There was no explanation or justification for the cost. What really bothered me was the lack of follow-up. The front desk staff told me I would be scheduled for a second session, but I was never contacted. It has now been 5–7 weeks with no call or update. That tells me I wasn’t taken seriously as a customer from the very first visit. Poor communication, poor follow-through, and pricing that doesn’t match the service provided. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Charity was very nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable and the laser hair removal was a lot less painful than I've experienced at another spa. Her laser worked very well on my skin type. I definitely look forward to booking again!
