From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease, which is incredibly important when you’re undergoing something as personal as tattoo removal. Alex’s professionalism was evident right away. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire tattoo removal process, addressing all my questions and concerns with genuine care. Her extensive knowledge of the techniques and technology used gave me confidence that I was in capable hands. It’s clear that Alex stays updated on the latest advancements in tattoo removal, which reassured me about the effectiveness of the treatment. The studio itself is clean, modern, and inviting. Nick and Alex are always so welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind—every visit is a 10/10 experience. Even though there’s a Removery location closer to me, I happily make the drive to the Matthews location just for them. Their energy, care, and customer service truly make all the difference!
