I’ve been a client at OVME for over two years, and the experience is consistently five-star. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, creating an environment that feels both high-end and approachable. My highest praise, however, goes to Chelsea, PA. As someone who was initially petrified of the idea of anyone modifying my face, I did extensive research on providers across Charlotte before choosing her. Chelsea is a highly credentialed provider who is remarkably patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She has been an invaluable asset in my journey, helping me navigate my goals with a conservative and thoughtful approach. I am incredibly particular about my face, yet I’ve reached a point where I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else but Chelsea. Her work is phenomenal, and she has a gift for maintaining a natural, refreshed look. If you are a novice to the world of aesthetics or simply looking for the best in the city, I cannot recommend Chelsea and the OVME team highly enough

This was my first time at OVME. The spa is high end, beautiful, clean and has a very relaxing vibe. The staff is very professional and helpful. I really enjoyed my time with Lisa Brown who made me very comfortable by sharing her background and experience. She did an excellent job walking me through the consult and making sure I was comfortable with the procedure and steps to take. I really felt like she had my best interest in mind with my personal spa goals while also making sure I knew about other options. Excellent experience and treatment outcome - I will be going back!

When I tell you my girl Laura keeps me together!!!! She is so patient and understands my needs! I recommend her a thousand times over. Each experience is thorough and leaves me feeling renewed, restored, and refreshed! She takes 10 years off of me! Customer service is excellent!
