5 star all the way from the first virtual appointment to the surgery day. I had 23 year old implants removed and a mastopexy. I am 2 weeks post-op and had minimal pain and love the results more than with the implants. Dr. Karen C and her entire staff have been amazing. The location of their office and surgery center was perfect too for the significant other during the surgery wait time. I would highly recommend them.

I was concerned as an older woman (69), that cosmetic surgery was not wise for me. After my consultation, my concerns were answered and I did great and got fabulous results. I had excess skin removed after major weight loss and a breast lift. It was so nice not to have to deal with a hospital as Criswell and Criswell have their own surgery center on site. Follow on care has been good and I would recommend these doctors.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! This is the place you want to go for whatever you’re looking for! I went for a breast reduction and I regret NOTHING! From scheduling my appointment to 8 months post op, the team have been amazing. They are so kind and friendly and warm. Any questions I had were always answered. My fave is Dianna! She’s great ! Funny and honestly just the best. She is very caring. Now for the doctor! I had the pleasure of being Dr. Bryan Criswells patient. First off the man listened to my concern and asked me for why I wanted. Most doctors I went too before finding Criswell & Criswell, were just cold. I’d ask questions and didn’t fell secure and left with doubts but when I found this place. Everything felt right. No question was left unanswered. I’d call and get a response. If I needed paperwork or honestly just anything I’d get it in a timely manner. Well some hiccups came with my insurance and the team still ensured they did everything possible to make it happen! It obviously happened, is why I’m writing this! But even the day of surgery & a few hours later, I received a call asking how I was feeling! Due to me living 3 hours away, I received a virtual post op call too! I can’t thank Dr. Criswell and his team enough for the amazing work that was performed! 8months later and I’m still incredibly happy with he results !! I will make this drive any day for the amazing work I received! So yess if you’re thinking about coming here, you SHOULD!

If this could go higher than 5 stars, I’d rate higher. Dr Bryan Criswell is fantastic. He listens to what you want and is honest and open with what you can achieve. And the aftercare and checkups, he makes sure you are healing well and that everything is as good as it can possibly be. Don’t bother searching out other surgeons, just immediatly book with him, you won’t regret it.

I have had an exceptional experience with Dr. Brian Criswell. He is calm and confident and always has a direct answer for any and all questions. He takes his time with patients and makes you feel very comfortable. His nurses are wonderful as well!
