I am so pleased to say that Katie (Katherine) has been an AWESOME provider! She is always warm and welcoming, has a great personality, and gives the best prep talks. She truly listens to her patients, which made my experience with her 10x better. She was also very informative about the entire process and explained everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. I am beyond happy with the results and truly appreciate the patience and effort she put into meeting my expectations. My skin has never looked better! I strongly recommend her for any services she’s a true gem 💎 And I must add, the check in and check out receptionist is always attentive, and nice!!

During my appointment, I was greeted by Dr. Munavalli's assistant, Page. She was very friendly and informative. Dr Munavalli is a knowledgeable professional who has a gentle approach and a great bedside manner. I have been a patient of his for many years.

I came in with a few skin concerns, and they cleared up almost immediately under their care. Leila and Mara were wonderful -knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring throughout the process. The front desk team sets the tone the moment you walk in. Kelli and Asia are incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. They greet you with genuine smiles, are always friendly and engaging, and make the entire experience feel comfortable and positive. It’s clear this office values both professionalism and personal connection. I couldn’t recommend Dermatology, Laser, & Vein Specialists of The Carolinas more highly.

The Staff I met today was Great! Friendly and Helpful! Very Professional. This includes the front desk person, and the Asst Nurse that were very congenial and perfomed their duties. The Mohs surgeon made time to come and meet with me briefly. I also received a follow up text Thanking me for choosing their services! I also got significant help from the Mohs surgery coordinator in scheduling my consultation and insurance authorization. I now feel very comfortable with this Staff and my scheduled Mohs surgery. Results of my Mohs surgery on my nose looks great.....minimal scarring and should get better w time. Dr Munavalli knows what he's doing....highly recommend!!!

I have the best experience every time I go here! My son and I see Leila and she’s incredible and so knowledgeable. The entire staff there is SO friendly and I always feel so welcome. Can’t recommend them more!!
