Absolutely love my experience at LaserAway! I’ve been getting laser hair removal on my face and underarms and it has been a total game changer, smoother skin and such a confidence boost! Huge shoutout to my nurse CeCe for being amazing and making every session comfortable, and she is so thorough! Britney and Taina at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at LaserAway. I was sold a treatment that I later learned I wasn’t even a candidate for, leaving me with a $1,200 purchase I couldn’t use. When I brought this up, the manager, Torin, told me they had “done me a favor” and pointed to their strict no-refund policy instead of acknowledging the issue or trying to make things right. They also acted as though offering Xeomin at $12 a unit was a good deal for trade, even though I’ve spent a lot of money at this location and know they’re capable of offering better pricing. That offer didn’t come close to addressing the fact that I was sold something I should not have been sold in the first place. On a positive note, I want to mention Khadijah, my nurse who does my Xeomin and Clear + Brilliant treatments. She is always professional, kind, and truly excellent at what she does. She is a ROCKSTAR. My concerns are with management, not with her—she’s been one of the reasons I continued coming back. TRUTH Overall, I left feeling unheard and frustrated. I expected transparency and accountability, and this experience has really affected my trust in this business.

I looove LaserAway, always so happy with my results. Selena is an especially great laser tech - I’ve had tough laser experiences in the past and she finds a way to somehow make it pain-free!! And Toren and Alyssa at the front desk are so sweet and helpful and got me a great deal on my next package :)

I came for lip fillers and I must say this was the BEST experience i’ve had and i’m sooo happy I choose Laser away! Taina and Khadijah was AMAZINGGG! They care about their customers and you can tell from the 1st conversation. Cari was such a vibe and loved her energy made me feel so comfortable and Britney did amazing with my numbing and she was such a great person to start the process helped calm my nerves completely! I am so glad I found LaserAway. I wanted to work on getting the texture of my face corrected. I have visited multiple places to help with my skin. LaserAway has helped me with achieving my skin goals. The staff is soooo helpful and kind. Taina provides top tier customer service and is the absolute best. Taina makes me feel so welcomed every time I come through those doors for my appointment! The customer service is amazing. Taina also does her best to get the best promotional deals for the services I need. I decided to go with Potenza and the Rejuran to correct my skin. I truly appreciate the nurse Liana as well! Liana is amazing and so sweet. I am so thankful with the help of Taina and Liana on how they helped me navigate the best services to correct my skin. They both listened and addressed my skin concerns. Liana is very gentle and careful with your skin. They make you feel so welcomed, I enjoy my skin appointments every time. I love LaserAway at Ballantyne’s location. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The best customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend this location. They treat you like family and take great care of you! I am excited to see the progression of my skin results with the help of LaserAway!!
