I had such a wonderful experience at LaserAway! From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. The receptionist team made me feel comfortable right away and were genuinely sweet and easy to talk to. I had such a great conversation with everyone there — they were very informative and took their time explaining laser hair removal and a few other treatments I was interested in. I never felt pressured, just supported and educated on what would be best for me. One of the things I appreciated the most was that they were able to help me with financing. They worked with me to find an option that allowed me to move forward with all the necessary treatments I needed, which meant so much to me. Overall, it was such a positive and reassuring experience. I’m really excited to start my treatments and would absolutely recommend LaserAway to anyone considering laser hair removal or other services!

I had such a great experience! I was immediately greeted by Alyssa who was seriously amazing. She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about clients. Highly recommend!!

Won’t be returning to this location due to the feminine male at the front desk * I truly hope I didn’t disrespect the LGBQ community* he/she was way to pushy calling me stupid for NOT upgrading my package when I did not like my experience it wasn’t for me. I definitely love the nurse Mary she was perfect. But pushing people to spend more money, especially in this economy is just wrong if I said no 10 times leave it. It’s not selling anymore It’s harassment when you have to use foul names. I don’t care if six other treatments cost the same price I didn’t want them. Let customers know the offer and let them decide if they feel it’s right for them or not. I was debating getting different work there but I rather not return, there’s too many other places that I’m sure I don’t have to deal with harassment on MY money!

I had my first laser hair removal experience in December. Erica truly made my experience fun, comfortable and containable. I have always been sensitive around my chin and lip area but with Erica the progress becomes a breeze. Appointment 3 in the books! Come on the next 7.

Absolutely love this location and the staff. I drive about 3.5 hours from Tennessee. It is always a great experience when I come here. They always make me comfortable and known. 10/10 would recommend. From the beginning they made it about me and what I wanted. I have had 2 treatments and already see results. Please consider opening a location in Knoxville, TN!
