I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lori and Evelyn at Ageless Remedies! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and such genuine kindness from the entire staff. Every visit feels welcoming, positive, and uplifting, you can truly tell they care about their clients. At my initial consultation, all of my concerns were thoroughly addressed. I never felt rushed or overlooked. Lori took the time to really listen to me, explain everything clearly, and create a plan tailored to my goals. She has been helping me work through my concerns step by step, and although I’m still in the process of treatments, I already feel so encouraged and confident about my progress. Working with Lori and Evelyn makes the entire journey so much easier. They create such a comfortable environment and consistently make me feel beautiful, supported, and cared for. Their professionalism combined with their warmth is unmatched. I’m truly grateful to be on this journey with such an amazing team!

While I'm happy with my under eye botox and its effectiveness, I'm still very baffled why injector (Ashley Wilson) said she couldn't treat my marionette lines or do a eye brow lift with botox, as its commonly used for that. I'm only in my mid 30s. Lastly, the esthetician I met with for another concern was the sweetest, asked questions and took her time, but I definitely feel like she tried to up sell me on the laser package. I feel a less invasive option should have been offered first such as micro needling and medical grade skincare. Especially since she commented on how nice my skin already is. I'm not saying I wouldn't come back one day but I'd definitely do more research before hand.

I’ve had such a great experiences at Ageless Remedies. Everyone there is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Ashley is amazing: precise, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to when it comes to navigating Botox or filler. She makes the whole process feel comfortable and personalized. And I have to say, the best Hydrafacial I’ve ever had was with Evelyn. She’s so thorough and creates the most relaxing, calming experience from start to finish.

I had a Thermage treatment with Cassie in May 2025. It was costly and didn’t produce any positive changes. Although Cassie was super friendly before and during the procedure, she never followed up to ask about my results. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic? Or maybe I was expected to do the following up? I’m extremely dissatisfied with my December Botox injections by Dr Greenberg - I’ve talked to him at least twice about how the Botox tends to push my forehead muscles down and causes my eyelids to look hooded. I thought he made notes about this in my file so we could be more careful with the number of units and placement of the injections, but effects from the latest round have resulted in me feeling embarrassed and ashamed of the way my forehead and eyes look. It’s as if he didn’t listen to me at all. Maybe I’m just not a good candidate for injections. I’ve paid Ageless Remedies almost $10K for treatments/services in under a year, but don’t feel like a valued client. I thought I found an aesthetic partner in Ageless Remedies but it seems that’s not the case.

I was looking for a place to do laser hair removal. I looked at many places on Google, but the reviews for Ageless Remedies SouthPark caught my eye because they had great reviews and I decided to try them. I am so happy that I did. The front desk staff are always pleasant when I arrive and greeting me with a smile! Heather did my initial consultation and my experience with her was great. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. She made sure all of my questions were amswered and that I left the consultation informed. She has been doing my laser treatments and I am highly pleased with her. I immediately noticed a difference in the reduction in hair growth after the first visit. I have had three treatments thus far and the outcome has been great so I can only imagine what the outcome will be once I finish! I have found my new skincare treatment home and I'm looking forward to my skincare journey with Ageless Remedies SouthPark!
