They don’t return calls for appointments. They send text for new services at lower rates for you to purchase but don’t give you the service you already paid for! Scam! Just take your money !

I recently set an appointment for my wife to go to this establishment for a whitening session, granted the purchase was made through Groupon nonetheless she had to take time off of work, make a 40 min drive to said establishment. Only to arrive early for her appointment and no one was there as in any case of making an appointment it is customary to arrive early in the instance any documentation needs to be signed, no one was there. I then messaged the number (since no one answers the phone the entire length of business hours) and was asked why she arrived so early for an appointment that their technician was late for. I will not be returning to this establishment and I am highly disappointed with not only the customer service aspect but the audacity as well.
