Walking into this experience, I didn't have any expectations. I was open-minded about receiving the gift of a Brighter Smile. Upon first arriving, I felt the shift of energy, and immediately felt relaxed. The way the space is designed, with the black & gold motif so well appointed, that my wife & I instantly remarked. The client seated in one of the many comfortable salon chairs was a young man who we learned was also there for the same reason as I, a birthday gift from a family member, giving us a Brighter Smile. The results speak for themselves, and I recommend this service for yourselves & your loved ones because this does make a difference that we can clearly appreciate 😁🌟

Update: I’m updating my review after the owner’s response so readers understand my concern. The main reason I chose this business was because of the dramatic before-and-after photos shown in their marketing and online. Based on those images, I expected a noticeable whitening change. Because the marketing photos were a major factor in my decision to book, the way those photos are taken and presented matters to consumers. During my appointment, the “before” photo was taken while I was reclined in the treatment chair with a mouth retractor under overhead lighting. The “after” photo was taken standing upright using a handheld ring light. From my perspective, those differences in positioning and lighting can affect how bright teeth appear in photographs. When I compared photos taken at home before and after the treatment under the same lighting and angle, there was very little visible difference. My concern has always been about the contrast between the dramatic marketing photos and the results visible in normal lighting conditions. I did contact the owner directly to discuss my concerns but we were unable to reach a resolution. My credit card company ultimately reviewed the situation and issued a partial refund. I’m sharing this experience so others can ask detailed questions beforehand about expected results and how before-and-after photos are taken, since those images were the primary reason I chose this business. I truly had the BEST experience!! I brought my husband for his birthday and we did it together! The owner was so kind, welcoming and answered all my questions! And Deborah did our whitening session. She was so sweet, gentle and well informed! She explained the process to us prior and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. She also walked my baby around the room in his stroller while we got our treatment. Truly an Angel!
