I had 3 Mohs procedures done by Dr. Kim. She was terrific, as were all her assistants and admin staff. I especially appreciated her friendly/caring bedside manner and follow-up calls. I don't think you'll regret choosing her. Note that I see Dr. Berghoff for routine care. I highly recommend him also.

My visit to Metro Derm was outstanding from start to finish. The check‑in team was friendly and welcoming, setting a positive tone right away. The PA was courteous and made us feel completely at ease. The doctor was both friendly and highly knowledgeable, clearly explaining what he was doing every step of the way, which gave us a lot of confidence. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, wrapping up the appointment on a great note. Overall, a truly professional and pleasant experience. Highly recommend Metro Derm.

MetroDerm & Center for Plastic Surgery in Sandy Springs has been a place I keep coming back to, for good reason. Every experience I’ve had there has been exceptional, and the care I’ve received has honestly made a difference in how I feel about myself. Juliena Gigon is someone I can’t recommend enough. She’s not only incredibly skilled, but there’s a thoughtfulness in how she approaches her work that immediately puts you at ease. She listens, really listens, and explains everything in a way that feels clear, honest, and never rushed. Her results are always subtle and natural, which I’ve come to deeply appreciate. You can tell she cares. That makes trusting her feel easy. And then there's Ray Hall. His calm, steady presence makes you feel like you're in the best hands. He’s professional, deeply knowledgeable, and especially talented when it comes to laser and skin treatments. He took the time to explain each step, and the results I saw in my skin—smoother texture, more even tone—were truly noticeable. That kind of visible change does more than improve how you look. It lifts you. The entire practice reflects that same sense of care and excellence. It’s well organized, welcoming, and clearly committed to patient well-being. If you’re looking for more than just cosmetic care, if you're looking for people who truly want you to feel confident in your own skin, this is the place. Juliena and Ray are truly exceptional.

Always have a positive experience at MetroDerm. I find their scheduling to be very flexible and accommodating. The PA with whom I treat most is very friendly and has a great bedside manner always taking time to answer any questions and make sure you are comfortable.

I have had a great experience with MetroDerm over the last year with several skin cancers and surgery for melanoma and a skin graft. All the staff are helpful, kind and thoughtful. Dr. Kim is a great surgeon as well as kind and glad to answer questions, as is Dr. Fahid. Dr. Alford is thorough, knowledgeable, has lots of experience and happy to answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend anyone in this practice for all dermotological needs.
