Update: I am happy to report that I finally received my refund. It took a bit longer than 7-10 business days (service was canceled on 1/29 and my refund was issued on 2/24). Thank you Adam for providing an update and the refund receipt. I really hate to do this but I have given them ample opportunity to make this right. I scheduled an iron infusion for 1/30. I had to pre-pay in full to book which I thought was odd but I went ahead and scheduled. Well the provider said that my hemoglobin was too high for the infusion and they canceled my appointment. I did not have an issue with that. I was assured that my money would be refunded in 5-7 days. To date my money has not been refunded. They have ignored my phone calls and emails, I had my credit card company call them and the representative said that the office actually hung up on them. Needless to say I am having to move forward with disputing the charge, which is a huge inconvenience. I cannot speak to the actual care that they provide, but my experience with them has been extremely “shady” and I would consider other practices before booking with them.

EXTREMELY disappointed. Been dealing with this group for sometime now but it’s progressly gotten worst. Been calling for a follow up appointment for 2 weeks. No one answers or gives the courtesy of a call back. I was routing for Elite but have given up. I need a business trying to do business. Steer clear!!!!!!!! UPDATE… I was promptly contacted with an explanation. The phone system was down. The email that I was given returned as a bad address. Subsequently, I did end up, reaching the owner and was given an alternate means of contacting them if the issue were to arise again.

Adam was great! I received an Iron infusion he was very attentive and made me comfortable through out the entire process. The massage chairs are a nice added bonus! I will definitely be back to make this apart of my month vitamin and mineral upkeep. Highly recommend!!

So I had an iron infusion that seemed to infuse well. However the IV bag was already hung and poked before I entered the room. The only way I noticed that, is because once the guy Adam started my IV, I was looking around for the bag but behind me it was already infusing!! This should not have been done prior to me coming into the office for my safety and health reasons…. So please people make sure these bags are handled in front of you. I paid 1000$ and now I’m wondering was it tampered with. Wondering if my health was affected in anyway. I will follow up on all labs etc, to make sure nothing was tampered with. I pray to God! I have notice color coming back to my nails, which is a good thing. Hopefully my iron levels are coming up a bit. I have received regular fluid infusions a few times and never have it been already hung before entering a room. I personally didn’t like this. Not sure if it’s the normal for the office or not. But that is why my Rating is low. Also while I was filling out forms on my phone, sending in my labs and being infused. The guy stood in front of me with the payment machine waiting for the payment. Asked me twice while I’m in the middle of everything else. I expected to have a good experience but service everywhere in the US has fallen off since COVID. I really wanted to return because of low levels. But I’ll probably just find another place.

I easily scheduled my appointment online. There was lots of availability. Adam was professional, competent and kind. He was very attentive to make sure I was healthy and responding well. There were other places I looked at but Elite Hydration had more availability. I’m glad I chose them. I would definitely visit again if needed.
