Pause Buckhead

I got to visit Pause Buckhead thanks to their partnership with Pvolve in Midtown Atlanta, and I had an AMAZING experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, informative, and sweet, and my coworker and I felt great after our services. Collectively, we tried cryotherapy, LED light therapy, and contrast therapy and felt relaxed, reset, and ready to take on the rest of our day after our appointment. I also felt much relief in my upper body, neck, and lower body which are usually tight areas for me due to some back issues and lack of exercise recovery. Definitely a huge benefit. They also had very high quality vitamins, supplements, and various wellness products out front, which I think shows their commitment to truly supporting your health and wellness from all angles. Almost like a wellness hub! Overall, an incredibly relaxing experience that I think everyone should try. Thank you, Pause Buckhead! 🙏🏾

I decided to go to pause studio for my birthday Dec 20th and had a 2:15 appointment. Everyone from staff to 1 of the owners that I met were very informative, and welcoming. I received a very detailed tour of the entire facility, and now fully understand the health benefits of each service provided. I own a cleaning company and this studio is immaculate. I will definitely be returning. First impression sold me. I highly recommend Float Therapy 👌 my muscles feel like marshmallows floating on a bed of clouds. Thank you Pause Studio Buckhead

First time at Pause Buckhead. Recently came back from Germany where I have been doing Saunas for 20 years. Wasn’t sure what to expect here. Sarah did a great job orienting me to all the services. Very clean and hygienic! Will definitely come back!!

I had a great experience at Pause Studio doing cryotherapy. I chose the intermediate level for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, and it was intense but very manageable. The staff explained everything clearly beforehand, which made me feel comfortable and prepared. The session itself was invigorating, and I felt refreshed and energized afterward. The studio was clean, calm, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. This was a great introduction to cryotherapy for me, and I would definitely come back.

I recently got a glutathione injection and had a really good experience. The process was quick and the staff made me feel comfortable the entire time. I’m excited to continue treatments and see even more results!
