Restore Hyper Wellness

I had an amazing experience at Restore Hyper Wellness! Artie, the General Manager, was super informative, helpful, and welcoming. I only planned to stop in for 30 minutes but ended up spending hours there and even purchased a membership. I tried cryotherapy (cold but worth it!), compression therapy, and red light therapy—and Artie made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. I ended up purchasing a membership! I’m excited to return for IV drips and other services. If I lived closer, I’d return sooner and more often. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried just about everything they offer here and this place is amazing. I’m not an athlete, but my work can be very physical and RHW keeps me in good shape when I might be neglecting myself. I have hypermobility and all the therapies they offer support invisible chronic issues like this. They help me with hydration, circulation, boosting immunity, increasing my vitamin D level, reducing pain, increasing energy, improving sleep, and with skin care. I’ve enjoyed every kind of facial in the past, but never had compliments like I do since I started using Jan Marini Skin care products. In the last 3 months, four people have mentioned that my complexion looks really good. It could only be Jan Marini (thank goodness, at that price)! The low monthly membership fee keeps me coming; the add-ons I balance as-needed against other expenses throughout the year.

Great service friendly people and very relaxing place. I did IV drip and a couple of injections as well infrared light therapy and hip compression.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience due to the manager’s behavior. During a conversation about the services I was interested in, he brought up my employment status in a way that made me uncomfortable and felt inappropriate. My employment situation has nothing to do with the type of service I choose or the money I am willing and able to spend. Mentioning it while determining service options was unprofessional and crossed a clear line. That information was irrelevant and should never have been part of the discussion. Because of this interaction, I am canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. I expect better professionalism, discretion, and respect from management, especially in a customer-facing role. He should learn to mind the business that pays him. West midtown is a better location.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff is so welcoming and the menu of services is impressive. The center is super cool with all of the latest and greatest wellness modalities. I highly recommend Restore. I've had most of the services and have enjoyed the results each time.
