Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Sandy Springs GA - Roswell Rd

I’ve had a great experience at Prime IV Hydration & Wellness. The space is clean, relaxing, and the staff are very knowledgeable. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes because everything runs smoothly and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. It’s refreshing to visit a wellness clinic where the focus is clearly on quality care and a positive environment. I would definitely recommend this location.

My first time at Prime IV Hydration was amazing! The staff was so friendly over the phone prior to my appointment and ensured I got the best deal fit for me. I felt well taken care of! Shoutout to Tiffany, Jane, Brittany & Savannah for making my self care day amazing!

I would give this location 1 star for the service I received 2 days ago. The less experienced nurse they have savanna took about 3x to get an iv in me with no luck. They gained a star because I tried again today with a different nurse Karen & we had Zero issues. The owner is very money hungry however. He is more concerned with his bottom line rather than making sure he provides adequate customer service. I was convinced to come back in becase I was told my services was being covered but they actually gave me a lesser service than what I originally booked 2 days ago. This location was walking distance from me so much more convenient, however I will be trying out another company. Customer service is #1 over anything for me.

I love coming here. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This location is spa like with massage chairs, low lighting, and soft music in the treatment area. I really feel better after having the hydration therapy or injections like vitamin D, lipolean, and amino acids. There are multiple options available for IV treatment, additives, and injection therapy. A membership is the best deal when you look at the benefits you get with a membership. I am always looking at what my next treatment is going to be, and I would go each week if I could. Give it a try!

Staff was great. I believe the receptionist name was Kai - really liked her disposition and patience, she took good care of us. Cannot recall the name of the Nurse who attended but she was also professional, knowledgeable and kind. Fantastic experience, left feeling so much better than when I walked in. Keep up the great work!
