Replenish

Amazing experience with the hydration therapy service! The staff was friendly, attentive, and explained everything clearly. The environment was clean and relaxing, and I felt an immediate improvement in my energy and hydration levels. I’ll definitely be returning.

I love it here. Convenient hours and location. Spa like atmosphere. Parking validation and of course the services always give me the boost I need. Staff is exceptional with applying my IV because I am a “hard stick” but it only takes them one try!

I was so excited to find a med spa close to home, but my experience was not so great. Upon arrival the parking lot is available but small and easy to find. Front was locked & employee let me in to check in. I was interrupting her breakfast and scroll time. During an IV treatment, my blood started backing up into the IV bag, and no one responded when I pressed the call button. No one came. At this point I had to take my empty but now filling with blood IV bag into the hallway crying for help. When the employee finally came, she said, “Oh, is this your first time?” and repeatedly called me “queen” which maybe if you’re 15 that is cute but i am not and instead I am offended by the dismissal attempt to try and use friendly cute language to patch up ineptitude. Sort of it own unique brand of gaslighting rather than a professional admission to poor performance. The nurse who stepped in was wonderful and clearly upset about what had happened, but the neglect from the other employee was unacceptable. I felt completely unsafe. any benefit vitamins for a cold could have helped me was negated by the extreme stress of the scenario. It did couch me and knock me out for a few days At check out time the nurse ended up having to seek this employee from “the back” so I could pay and she was clearly still upset and referring me as queen and apologizing which honestly made it worse. I wanted to leave as fast as possible but now I needed to stand around while the nurse finds her and checks me out. I did report this to the owner of the shop via email and a phone call and let me tell you she was NOT PLEASED with the way her brand was represented. due to her localness and genuine outreach to rectify my experience I will try again in the future with a different staff and see if this is something that we can make work — as part of the review process if I give a bad one and someone tries to fix it — I’ll be open minded.

Everyone was super kind. It was like a mini solitude and reset session but with hydration benefits. I came to replenish because I am terrible at drinking water, especially on my ER shifts, and this was the boost I needed. Highly recommend for my dehydrated girlies who need some extra help sometimes.

This place is incredible the IV did what it was supposed to do but the attitude and service I received was very complimentary and everyone was very informative my experience was wonderful I am definitely going back again. I forgot the receptionist name she was awesome my nurse was Susan and she was incredible as well
