I recently had a Swedish massage at Atl BodyWorks with Kala, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked into the room, the ambience immediately put me at ease. The space was extremely clean, peaceful, and professional. Kala made sure I was comfortable the entire time — checking in about the pressure and adjusting it perfectly to what my body needed. I deal with stress, long work hours, tight muscles, and stiffness from work and rotator cuff surgery. She paid special attention to my shoulder and worked through the tension with real knowledge and skill. You can tell she truly understands the body and how it functions. After the massage, I felt like a weight had literally been lifted off me. My shoulder felt loose, my legs weren’t tight anymore, my neck wasn’t tense — I was completely relaxed. Kala has an amazing personality, incredible attention to detail, and a natural ability to feel exactly what your body needs and apply the right technique. She has packages for every profession and lifestyle, so I would recommend her to anyone — athletes, busy professionals, entrepreneurs, or anyone dealing with stress and muscle tension. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate. Atl BodyWorks is definitely my go-to.

Kala is wonderful. I have gone to her twice now and my results have shown that I need to be better at offering myself this luxury. Her demeanor is very relaxing and the ambiance of the room is just right. I feel at peace when I visit ATL Body works. My visits are to help release, and when I say that is exactly what I get when I leave. My own personal experience with Kala was well thought out from beginning to end. At the end of my second visit, she curated a plan that works for me to help me with my problem areas. She is very encouraging and shows concern to the areas in need of TLC. Her effort of concern allows me to trust she knows what she is doing. I Would love to try out her offered other services. I’m pleased to come back and visit her always.

kala is amazing!! post massage literally made me feel like a new born baby. she was professional, knowledgeable in asking about your wants/needs, and had the sweetest attitude. you can tell she’s very intentful in her technique and knows what each part of your body needs and how they connect to your stress levels/mental health. i’ll 100% be back to see her. 1000/10 experience!

I've always had great experiences with Kala. However, my most recent experience was an experience like no other. Phenomenal! Kala always personalize my treatments and focuse on my primary issue. I slept without waking up in pain for the first time in 4 four months after Kala worked my scar tissues and tight muscles. She dug in and stretched those areas so well! I could feel the release and relief immediately. I'm looking forward to my next session. Sessions with Kala are more than your typical massages. They are also informative. She shows that she cares about her clients overall well-being. I love it here!
