I had a scheduled appointment for far red light therapy and arrived 20 minutes early. The front desk staff were polite and professional, and I appreciate their kindness. However, that does not change the fact that I was not seen even 23 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. During that time, I watched multiple people arrive after me and get taken in while I continued to wait with no explanation or update. I understand small delays happen, but over 20 minutes past a scheduled appointment with no communication is unacceptable for a paid service. I declined to reschedule because I have no confidence that I wouldn’t be made to wait again. I had already driven 30 minutes to get there and cannot justify spending that kind of time waiting without being seen. If customers are expected to arrive on time or risk losing their appointment or being charged, the business should uphold the same standard and respect customers’ time. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning.

Wonderful experience! The ladies are exceptionally nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout each visit. They make everything easy and pleasant. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
