Icebox Cryotherapy Buckhead

I was hoodwinked again. Bamboozled. I thought my billing issues were just the Midtown location. As it turns out, the same guy runs both. He convinced me that had I talked to him I would have never had any issues. He gaslit me and I was confused. I also learned my cryo wasn't working because they weren't using the proper treatment on me after paying almost a year's worth of membership at Midtown. I decided to pay as I go and the new aesthetician was excellent. Wouldnt you know, the guy is now charging my card on file for a membership fee even though I never signed any paperwork agreeing to it and specifically said I don't want the membership? They have about 3 cards of mine on file that I will have to report. Hide your credit card, debit card, HSA card, breeze card, etc. Pay cash but do NOT let that man near your cards. He is at Midtown and Buckhead. Period.

Had a great experience at the buckhead location. The staff was amazing, the compression sleeves were just right and the icebox helped my muscle soreness!! I'm now a member! Another great experience! The staff never disappoints! Such great people who help maximize your experience! Always awesome! Always professionalism and loving atmosphere!

I did the 3 minute cryotherapy shower, the 30 minute leg compression, and the 30 minute red light on my face. The location is convenient. The associate “Emily”was very friendly , was able to “balance” the 5 clients well (she was the only one there) and she was knowledgeable. Although if I wanted to do any other services I assume I would have to come back. This is unfortunate because when a person wants to “spoil” themselves - they may want to add some more “spoils” that same time. The location was clean and neat. I’m not 100% sold on the validity of this treatment but like anything and in all fairness it was my first and only time. I assume it takes a couple sessions. It wasn’t as cold as I thought it was going to be and it was quite easy to be there with only socks, slippers, ear/head band on for the full 3 minutes. I got a “bit of energy” from it - like jumping in a cold pool in the summer time. I walk/jog 8-12 miles a day on concrete and wanted therapy for my feet and back. It’s possible this isn’t a perfect solution. Again, Emily and the place was nice. Thank you.

The ice box and leg compression experience was so fun and relaxing! Our staff member Yanira was very attentive and super fun to talk to. I would definitely come again!!
