This facility is absolutely amazing very well put together and organized The attention and customer service is awesome. Ms. Tia was my technician she is very knowledgeable and truly cares about you seeing results . I feel they use top- notch equipment and their packages are very reasonable and the introductory special is a great way to start . No pressure into other packages. Tia, and the owner are very professional; but very personable as well. Very satisfied snd highly recommend.

This is feedback because when your doing something new you want a full experience and not a your person you booked with is not available so here goes the product have a nice day. I drove an hr to a consultation where I was verbally told about the process but didn’t feel as if my time was valued. Let’s hope and pray I actually see results and my time and money didn't just go to waste.

Will never recommend or utilize. Companies fail to understand that consumers have options and can choose to spend their money anywhere. Customer service is important to me and in my experience here, I haven't experienced it. A little understanding and niceness goes a long way!!! With a product that people may alreadybe leery about, having great customer service will take a business over the top!! I was not impressed and I have to say I was disappointed!!

Gali has wonderful customer service. But I am concerned about the snatched serum package I purchased. All the treatments have different amounts in them. I wasn't told that or how many ml in total was in the purchased. I thought all would have 25ml. But thats not the case. Now im wondering if they just fill any amount and give it. So ill be waiting for a response for my message on their website.
