Spa Signia Atlanta

Some friends and I did a birthday celebration this weekend at Signia by Hilton. Part of our stay included a day at the spa. We had the best service from all of the ladies. Each staff member made us feel so welcomed from the time we entered the spa area. I had a facial and my esthetician was Rachel. She was the BEST!!! I felt like I was getting a facial from a dear friend. She was so knowledgeable and provided such great information no matter the questions I asked…and I asked a lot of questions. I have very sensitive skin and Rachel gave helpful tips on how best to approach skincare for my skin type. She really listened and this was so appreciated. I will definitely be back. My friends who got massages also enjoyed their services too!

Booked a girls’ getaway at Signia by Hilton expecting a relaxing spa day. Unfortunately, Spa Signia fell short. Despite prior confirmation, our appointments were changed last minute, causing miscommunication and disrupting plans. The resolution—a 15% discount—felt inadequate given the inconvenience. Massage quality was excellent (thank you, Imanee), but overall service recovery and communication were disappointing. Luxury guests expect reliability and proactive solutions. Management should review processes to ensure a seamless experience for future visitors.

Jessica gave one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. She knew all the right spots and worked out so much tension. I’ve been to the Regis Hotel spa and others, and honestly, she blew them out of the water. Highly recommend if you want real results and an amazing experience.

I had an amazing experience at the spa today. Not only was the customer service superb, but the hydrafacial itself was incredible — my skin has never felt this good. Period. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The amenities were top tier, and I especially loved the gourmet popcorn! A special thank you to KaTeesha, who was so accommodating, pleasant, and professional. She made the entire visit feel seamless and elevated. And I can’t say enough wonderful things about Aliya, my aesthetician. Her expertise, gentle touch, and attention to detail made the hydrafacial truly exceptional. My skin is literally glowing ✨ The whole staff was warm and welcoming, and I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend!

The Spa at Signia was a wonderfully relaxing experience. The service was attentive and professional from everyone we met. Imanee was my massage therapist and she was amazing! My bff and I did a couple's massage and when I tell you it was everything I needed, I mean it. When we were done, Imanee even gave me some advice to help keep the muscle tightness at bay(epsom salt baths). I will definitely be back!
