I was really looking forward to enjoying a relaxing birthday massage, but unfortunately the experience did not start off well. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, but the door was locked and no one was inside. I waited approximately 15 minutes, attempting to call and email during that time, before the therapist arrived and explained that she had been locked out. Shortly after, Danni contacted me and explained there had been a communication/technology issue. She offered the option to proceed with the appointment or reschedule with a discount toward a future service. I do appreciate that an effort was made to offer a solution. However, what was meant to be a stress-relieving birthday treat ended up adding unnecessary stress, especially since I was on a tight schedule. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but first impressions are important, particularly when clients are booking services for special occasions. I may consider giving them another try, but I hope future scheduling and communication issues are handled more smoothly.

Danni has magic hands. I have been going here for years and leave in much better shape than I came every time. I have referred so many people to her and will continue to do so! You can’t go wrong going to her for any kind of massage!
